A. Length
Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.
B. Width (measured with full chest circumference)
Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Measure the full chest circumference. Keep the tape measure horizontal.
(For t-shirt laid flat measuring - Place the measuring tape across the front of the shirt, about one inch below the armpit, from one side to the other side. Keep the tape measure straight. To estimate the circumference, the laid flat number generally doubles. So a 22-inch chest width is roughly 44 inches around the chest.)
